背景
This gene encodes several isoforms of a nucleocytoplasmic adaptor protein, one of which was initially identified as a MYC-interacting protein with features of a tumor suppressor. Isoforms that are expressed in the central nervous system may be involved in synaptic vesicle endocytosis and may interact with dynamin, synaptojanin, endophilin, and clathrin. Isoforms that are expressed in muscle and ubiquitously expressed isoforms localize to the cytoplasm and nucleus and activate a caspase-independent apoptotic process. Studies in mouse suggest that this gene plays an important role in cardiac muscle development. Alternate splicing of the gene results in several transcript variants encoding different isoforms. Aberrant splice variants expressed in tumor cell lines have also been described. [provided by RefSeq, Mar 2016],

Centronuclear myopathies are congenital muscle disorders characterized by progressive muscular weakness and wasting involving mainly limb girdle, trunk, and neck muscles. It may also affect distal muscles. Weakness may be present during childhood or adolescence or may not become evident until the third decade of life. Ptosis is a frequent clinical feature. The most prominent histopathologic features include high frequency of centrally located nuclei in muscle fibers not secondary to regeneration, radial arrangement of sarcoplasmic strands around the central nuclei, and predominance and hypotrophy of type 1 fibers.,function:May be involved in regulation of synaptic vesicle end

优品生物的抗体，可以回收利用几次？

首先，一般抗体不推荐客户回收利用，抗体使用之后缓冲体系已经发生改变，不同客户在回收抗体的保存条件上也会有差异，所以抗体回收使用效果无法保证。另外，优品生物也做过一批抗体回收验证测试，测试结果显示不同抗体可回收次数不同，一般效价越高的抗体，可重复使用的次数越多，客户可根据实验情况来确定。
注：我们将孵育完毕后剩余的抗体回收到离心管中置于4℃保存，效价高的抗体可至少保存1周，至少重复利用3次。

优品生物抗体成分？

优品生物抗体成分在平时工作当中，常会有客户咨询我们的抗体用的什么buffer进行保存，一般来说，我们的buffer的成分是：PBS含0.03%的proclin300、0.05%牛血清白蛋白、50%甘油；也有一些是PBS含0.03%的proclin300，50%甘油。防腐剂 Proclin 300活性成分主要是2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮（MCI）和5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮（CMCI）。ProClin生物灭活剂能够迅速穿透细胞膜，抑制对细胞呼吸至关重要的特定酶，因此一接触微生物有机体就会立即抑制细胞活性。ProClin的多个特定毒性位点可以防止微生物产生高水平的耐药性。
